Personal Training appointments
A Personal Training appointment can be cancelled up to six hours before it starts. The reserved credit is then returned automatically. A later cancellation consumes the credit under the existing cancellation rule unless FitByRichey decides otherwise with a recorded reason.
If FitByRichey cancels, the credit remains available or a new time is agreed.
Membership and Online Coaching
Term, billing period, renewal and cancellation deadline are shown before purchase and in the portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; services already delivered and amounts due remain payable.
Where a statutory cooling-off or termination right applies, it can be exercised through the client portal or contact form. Statutory rights and exceptions are not restricted.
