Who processes your data
FitByRichey is responsible for personal data processed through the website, client portal and coaching services.
This may include contact and invoice details, appointments, payments, training results and information you provide. Health and progress data is processed only where needed for coaching and with the consent required by law.
Purposes, legal grounds and recipients
Data is used for requests, appointments, coaching, invoicing, Mollie payments, security, statutory administration and communication. The legal ground depends on the purpose: performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent.
Selected providers such as Hostinger, Supabase, Resend and Mollie may process only the data needed for hosting, authentication, email and payments.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained no longer than needed for its purpose or a statutory retention duty.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn through the contact form; identity verification may be required to prevent misuse.
