Offer and agreement
The service, price, term, credits and start date are shown before confirmation. An agreement starts after confirmation or successful payment. Payments and recurring charges are processed securely by Mollie.
Credits are personal, represent session time under the current duration rules and may have a visible expiry date.
Coaching and responsibility
Clients provide accurate information about capacity, injuries and relevant limitations and follow safety instructions. Coaching does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
FitByRichey provides services with due care. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law. Unsafe conditions or force majeure may require rescheduling.
Payment, complaints and changes
Outstanding amounts, invoices and payment status are shown in the portal. Failed payments may temporarily restrict new bookings until resolved.
Complaints can be submitted through the contact form. Material changes are announced in advance and are not applied retroactively where prohibited by law.
